#3 Brew a batch of beer
Okay, so I realize that just a week ago I wrote about how I was never going to brew a batch of beer because I don’t even really like drinking it.
Turns out I lied… sort of…
I also decided that I didn’t have to make my own beer in order to cross this item off my list. I decided this right after my friends Nick and Jamie invited me over to help brew Jamie’s dad’s beer! Hey. It’s my list, right? I make the rules here, not you.
So this is me adding malt into a batch of future porter. And I drank a Redhook ESB while doing so, despite thinking that I didn’t like it. Maybe my palate is maturing already? Yeah, aging is *not* that bad, people.
